Returns
You have the right to return your order within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to be processed and reflected by your payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
We offer free exchanges for alternative sizes or products. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as Prim Golf is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@primgolf.com within a reasonable time of receipt. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.
EU Consumer Rights
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason. This does not affect our 30-day return policy, which extends this period.
Non-Returnable Items
Items marked as final sale or personalised products cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
